ONEBird: A Creative Path to Self-Compassion

for Art Therapists, Art Therapy Students, Counsellors, & Helping Professionals

I hope Spring 2021 finds you healthy and full of hope for the coming year. Join me as we work together to cultivate loving, connected presence.

The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are."  Joseph Campbell

I am a registered art therapist, certified counsellor and a trained teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion.  ONEBird is an 8-week online training that I designed for art therapists, counselors and other professionals seeking the empirically proven benefits of self-compassion - reduced anxiety, enhanced wellbeing, the ability to respond with self-kindness to both the inner critic and the challenges of work, relationships and everyday life. ONEBird uses a unique combination of creativity, mindfulness, and compassionate practices. While the primary focus is on cultivating personal self-compassion, we will also explore how the practices and creative activities can be applied to your professional work with clients.

There are TWO offerings of the 8-week program - a morning and a evening option:

OPTION 1: Mornings beginning April 15, 8:30 - 11:30 am:
